Pitiful bank after a year and a half still impossible to close an account despite 2 recommended and 3 appointments with my advisor who assures me that it will be closed, non-existent service, unnecessary advice. In short, run away from this bank.

Opening a pro account in this bank is a joke.

I am a client with them and I live at a distance from the agency, it is very difficult to reach them by phone and email. No telephone reception in the afternoon even with your own advisor. Response by email à la carte. No professionalism.

This bank refuses professionalism and modernity, I have been the victim of repeated incompetence on the part of my advisor, he never answers the phone, you can leave a message on the answering machine in vain nobody will call you back within 24 hours supposedly.
