impossible to reach them I did not receive my decla 2020. I had to call about thirty times nobody answers except the disc. Public service is beautiful

Impossible to reach them by phone for more than 2 weeks to make an appointment, however, they do not forget to send follow-up letters !!! It's a shame !

I had several ladies on the phone, they were all very nice and took the time to understand my problem and the time to solve it.

After 3 days when the phone lines are all busy I finally arrive today to stay online without it hangs up. I wait 1h with the music of reception so that in the end it hangs up automatically ...
