Carrefour Drive Chelles

This is my first and last time to order at this drive. (My usual drive unavailable at the desired time slots I changed to the one in Chelles, far from suspecting my mistake !!) I am sent a message delaying my order by 30min and then in the end almost an hour of waiting. Missing products in addition. You might as well do your shopping directly!

I ordered two children's costumes for Christmas with a reduction of 5 euros per costume, it was interesting. With withdrawal at the drive. Arrival at the drive to make the withdrawal at the indicated time, a queue of at least 10 cars which does not advance. After 20 minutes of waiting I left. And the order I made has been canceled, now the costumes in question are no longer in storage! What a scam!

Disappointed. In this period when click & collect is mandatory, we buy a Christmas toy to benefit from the offers in the catalog. We can order the toy without a hitch. 20 min before going to pick it up our order is "incomplete" ... there is everything EXCEPT the toy. So no 10 euros voucher and no -20% discount on the loyalty card and as a bonus no one able to tell me when the toy will be available. It may be necessary to keep its stock up to date to ensure quality service.

Personally, cornflake-shaped chips are not for me, because they put tin cans on them.
