You cannot reach someone on the phone without making an appointment on d + ...... via the platform. Account maintenance fee which increases regularly. Request to close an account with a specific date .... not respected. Result, refusal of direct debit. And one wonders why people go through online banks rather than agencies ..... A nice 0 for this agency.

So there is as much to say that I am disappointed with this bank it is really the worst bank that I know, then already when one calls nobody answers and its says to me `` your advisor is not available '' closes the account without even Warn you something that puts you in a hell of a hassle then I call 5 to 10 times to see more during the day no answer disrespectful this bank!

RUN AWAY ! If the agency was correct a few months ago, it has lost all its assets, especially with the arrival of Mrs. V. BOILER!
