The Saint Donat agency lost my check remittance and my check for 17,000 euros. I had no apologies from them. I have been a client for 47 years. It's over, I'm changing banks.

I went to the agency for a mortgage loan request accompanied by my mom. During the appointment, my advisor only blamed me for keeping my current account and taking me high. Which somewhat annoyed my mom who defended me. Result of this meeting: the director of the agency calls us a few days later to announce the closure of my mother's account. 😳 Except that a few weeks later, my account is finally closed. If they close all the accounts of customers with whom they disagree, soon they will have nobody ...

They spend more time trying to sell their products and insurance than solving the problems they create themselves. Result: months of blah for simple things that we had not asked for anything.

Lamentable welcome, documents handed over were lost by the employees, information was communicated to us, we took the trouble to have it confirmed to us several times, despite this when we came for the sale of shares, delay for RDV. ... then after appointment the money is still paid ... 1 month, the emergencies and obligations of their customers are not part of their concerns !!!!

I can not go to the bank that Friday late aprem, 2 times in a row they are closed exceptionally ... already living next door it puts a good mood not to mention the cost of gas (I called but since they never answer ...). Regarding the apels precisely, I called 10times Monday, 10th of tuesday, 10thWednesday and it is well part for the same thing today .... without having anybody.This is inadmissible Basically I've already spent more than 2 hours just arrived (finally "try" rather) to join them, I'm going to change banks, it's over. For useless marketing, they manage to join us.
