Rent A Car

Rented vehicle not corresponding to the one requested (with roof rack to cover 1400 kms I spent a lot more gasoline). Vehicle very dirty inside and out, (mud splashes all over the windows and windshield) and .. the icing on the cake, I had a puncture at the other end of France in the countryside on a Saturday and not spare wheel !!! I immediately called the agency, hoping for remote assistance to send me a tow truck to the next city, response: "get by and it's your responsibility", I called their insurance, Ditto, same speech by a person with 2 tension occupied by her children that I heard playing around her, "get by". I had to hitchhike with a wheel under my arm, find a garage open on a Saturday, in short, the hassle and an entire morning lost over 3 rental days! I obviously do not recommend this agency!

Agency to avoid! Bad experience and bad faith - or lack of professionalism? - employees who "stick" you with damage allegedly found on a rental car, without even having sent you a copy of the contract signed with the initial inventory. Beware !! No accident report signed together CLEARLY, but final salty note at your expense. To flee. We have never had such an experience elsewhere. Very unfortunate reputation for the brand.

Despite the strong support, ask for very qualified and pleasant staff and clean vehicles!
