Several people, who speak in a foreign language, speak loudly and stagnate in front of the reception desk where the medical secretary speaks just as loudly !!! During the Covid period, I am surprised with my children by the number of people present in the office, whereas it is announced in all places of medical consultation that only an accompanying person is allowed with the patient (s) !!! ??? So, that there, we find ourselves in the presence of a whole smala !!! We feel like we are in a madhouse !!! The waiting room is full and we are waiting on the doorstep ... The medical secretary finally pays me a little attention and I announce myself for the appointment ... Right away, she informed me of a fairly significant delay ... I ask for more details and she retorts: '"I do not know, I have been overwhelmed since the beginning of the day, I am not a dentist and I had to put a bandage for a kid who did not let it go. .. ... " I wonder then for how long we have some and the secretary answers: "I don't know, 30 40 minutes ... we dealt with emergencies (which, a priori, were not except people who more than the others !!!. " The dentist goes to the reception without greeting anyone in the office and fiddles with the vital cards on the secretary's desk then leaves fleeing ... I realize that the wait will be much longer than announced and ask to move the appointment on the pretext that it will lighten the dentist's agenda ... The secretary, totally confused, declares; "It's a mess, here !!! Me, I try to help and I am insulted !!!" I answer him, that in any case, I remain polite, that the others are the others and that I want us to take care of the displacement of our meeting. We manage to schedule another appointment, I don't know if I would go there because I had a VERY BAD IMAGE of the dentist, the office and the secretary !!! I had also had a hunch when making an appointment on the phone because I could hardly hear the person at the end of the line because there was so much noise around !!! My impression is the right one when I see the other GOOGLE reviews In short, in summary, a dentist a priori not very professional, an overwhelmed, incompetent and vulgar secretary and an unwelcoming and dirty office !!! TO FLEE !!!!!!! REAL CINGLES !!!!!
