Here is my experience: Mr. Guichard came to my house last Monday 02/10/2020 for a satellite antenna pointing problem. After a quick inspection, he told me that I could not receive the signal with the dish there because the support arm was too short and that it would be necessary to re-mount further on the roof. He added that he had never seen a dish in such bad condition (it was a refurbished kit provided by my operator), full of rust and that it was not going to last more than 6 months. To conclude, he offered me his services, namely to take out a subscription with Nordnet of which he is the installer - he also indicated that he receives a commission on the installation of their equipment, we understand better ... And for this "intervention" I had to pay him 50 € when he did absolutely NOTHING. And here is the best: after calling my operator back, they told me that it must have come from my head (rare pb but which sometimes happens), that they sent me another, 2 days later I received and installed a new head and everything works perfectly !!! And after inspection, the dish shows no sign of rust ... In short, this gentleman was not even allowed to identify the problem, let alone repair it, on the contrary he offered me an even more expensive solution and even refused to reimburse me: dishonest person, to flee !!!
