Very dissatisfied! I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral (the day before for the next day at 14h) of a fairly large amount anyway And when I came to get her the day of the burial on time, the bouquet was not made. I waited 40min in the store the time the bouquet is ready Salespeople in no hurry at all, despite their lack of organization, who laugh, and who made no gesture for their delay knowing that the funeral was done in Ardèche and they were completely wrong. All this for arriving late for the ceremony at the church and not being able to present the flowers next to the deceased .. Very disappointed with their service!
