While in Romans, we appreciated this caterer who crafts fresh products in his laboratory. The pie, the sausage with oil, the galantines, caillettes and sausages of grass are a treat. This caterer deserves to be known and to stock up. Cooked dishes varied according to the days of the week are excellent.
