The person who takes care of the rental service is just cold, not sympathetic, I suspect of making favoritism of file for the positioning. I am a single mother of 4 children, without housing, priority, and I come second in a housing intended for poorly housed families, this person never called me to complete my file, it was I who called to have news, kind of a sudden she needs documents to complete my file and in a dry tone almost contemptuous while I was trying to gently assert my right to housing ...
