One of the best culinary schools on Europe. Learn to make different types of pastries and gaininternational culinary skills here. Lecole is located in a chateau rich in history. Very serene environment to study. State of the art kitchens for practicals
Student for three years at Ecole Ferrières, I can now say that it is a school of life that taught me a lot of things from a professional point of view as personal. The professors are all professionals in the field with experience. I do not regret my choice.
Restaurant Le Baron is a very good table in the sumptuous setting of Ferrieres en Brie
