I met Dr. Favolli on October 31st for decalcification and decay. After the care a horrible pain in the neat tooth, completely inflated. I call and I am asked to come for a prescription for anti inflammatories. Ok I take them and after 1 week no improvement and the like electric shocks when I chew on the neat tooth! I call back and I'm told to go. Ok I go and the doctor tells me that there is nothing that will happen by itself. Okay, and now it's been over a month since I can not chew. I called a week ago saying that I still could not chew, I had a very awkward iron taste in the mouth and I salivais enormously (looking on the internet I could see that it could to be symptoms of an unhealthy tooth but I am not a dentist I can not say anything) following this call the secretary tells me that the doctor is not there that she speaks to him the next day and that she tells me recall. 1 week passed still no news. Also Secretary not very nice! Very bad experience !! disappointed

Do not take any emergency (if this is the case past your way) if you are not already their client (here we can see the notion of money since we are more patients but clients according to them). The secretary is haughty and takes someone else (calm down, in 10 years your job will no longer exist).

A nice welcome from the secretary, friendly and smiling, I was impressed by the professionalism and listening to Dr. Favoli for my children and me. This is the 2nd time that I come and I am delighted, thank you a lot.
