I bought an alarm in 2015 iprotect. Good product. Getting started using the online sav, very good service. Unfortunately, after 5 years, the service is no longer the same (product purchased = customer less attractive). I contacted them by email in December for a problem with the outdoor siren battery that had to be changed and cannot be ordered on the site. No response to my email. I redo a mail reminder, still no response (supposedly never received) and to finish a telephone interview with a very unpleasant collaborator meaning that I had to basically go elsewhere to order this battery because their supplier a priori does not make more !!! In summary, no interest to buy on this type of site because not deuivi sav parts.

But a bigger congratulations to the seller ISHOP FRANCE who provides the installation instructions and instructions for use super detailed and very well explained é (very rare) and in French, to download on their site of course. And that's not all, because despite the above not being particularly talented, I did not know how to configure the WIFI connection. Do not hesitate to call ISHOP FRANCE on a non-premium number a technician (a real) answer you asks you to install timeviewer that must be downloaded from their website (also free) and install it. When the operation is done up to 5 'is necessary, simply launch tmeviewer to communicate the identification number and password to the technician who takes control of your computer and proceed with the installation by asking you at times to intervene to disconnect the RJ 45 cable for example. It was proposed to me to do the config manually guided by the technician but I was curious to see this live support system work and I found it amazing and remarkable. This indoor camera running remarkably well, I just ordered an outdoor camera of the same brand, but more than FOSCAM I bought ISHOP with the double AMAZON / ISHOP service guarantee I wrote this early 2014
