Service at the store was good but sadly the delivery company used by BUT damaged our floor when delivering our purchase and we are now expected to run around finding suitable quotes for our floor to 'hopefully' be repaired. What an inconvenience!!

I just went to But for a mattress promo that was starting that very day, after looking in the aisle I spoke to a salesperson. I ask him where the mattress is and he tells me he doesn't have any more. So I ask him if it's gone today. He replies that he received them last week and they are all gone in 3 days! So I would like someone to explain to me why we receive advertisements with a start date and an end date knowing that in fact the seller puts them on the shelf when he wants and when we arrive on the 1st day there is no I have more. I will not be returning to this store again!
