We wanted to work with a merchant rather than ordering online in these complicated times for everyone. More than four months later we still have not received our furniture. Patiently, we did not use cancellation clauses, on SIFAS 'side no commercial approach, no spontaneous telephone costs if it is not today to ask us to pay the balance before delivery. The staff on site cannot make any decisions and the boss is absent subscribers. To avoid !

From the excellent to the deplorable ... !!! Order furniture from the store. Excellent reception facilitating the choice and great attention of the saleswoman. Catastrophic delivery: damaged furniture, stairwell partially to be redone. Lamentable after-sales service being discarded on the transporter ... No compensation. Lamentable !!!! I pass the fact of having to fully discharge the order because of Covid (a joke). I will now go my way.
