First time out in 3 months and where better than to IKEA!!! There was such a great atmosphere, despite the mask wearing and social distancing . People were laughing and relaxed and so many great presentaions of IKEA products. I could stay in your store ALL DAY LONG!!!

Has paid for wardrobe and for delivery 15 days ago. Till now on - no delivery. No one bothers to call me from IKEA. To speak to customer care I was waiting one hour. I can not pick up my wardrobe myself because I have to cancel full order and wait 14 days for reimbursement . Absolutely disappointed with IKEA Toulon. Probably worse IKEA in the world...

Just like all other ikeas, the navigation inside is simple amd direct to the point. The staff is simply helpful and can speak in english. When not used to going here, you may get lost in the navigation around the commercial compound where it is located.

I have visit for the second time Ikea In Toulon. What a shame. You can check availability from site but when you are there surprise they don't have it and they don't have anything more in stock. I came from Nice, so 240km for notting. Company like Ikea cannot organise their stock and their site. Shame Ikea, you are happy to not have a good concurrent , but time is gone and soon someone will see that you are not in good condition and will pressure you with better, servise , quality and organisation

Horrible, just horrible! Have never had a worse experience from IKEA. Ordered furniture 31 August 2020 to be delivered to my new house 11 September 2020 between 8.00 and 12.00. At 12.30 I contacted customer service who informed me that the driver was delayed and that they would set a new time - 6 days later! Had to sleep at a hotel for 6 days because they couldn’t manage to make the delivery sooner. On the 17 September I was expecting the furniture again between 8.00 and 12.00. At 13.00 I called to confirm the delivery. At 14.30 still no furniture, I called again and they said the delivery was delayed but would arrive later in the afternoon. At 16.30 still no furniture - same response from customer service. At 18.30 still no furniture - same response from customer service. Called customer service 5 times and waited in line for 30-45 minutes everytime - no one could tell me anything and no one knew anything. At 20.00 still no delivery in sight so I ordered the furniture once again and rented a car to go pick up the furniture myself the next day. Now, 5 days later I still have not heard anything regarding the original delivery, which was paid for 31 August and my money has not been returned. This was very unexpected and the worst service ever, no one ever contacted me, I had to contact them myself several times to get some information and still nothing happened. Do not ever count on IKEA delivery. —— Horrible, tout simplement horrible! Je n'ai jamais eu une pire expérience d'IKEA. J'ai commandé mes nouveaux meubles le 31 août 2020 pour qu'ils soient livrés dans ma nouvelle maison le 11 septembre 2020 entre 8h00 et 12h00. A 12h30, j'ai contacté le service client qui m'a informé que le chauffeur était retardé et qu'il fixerait une nouvelle heure - 6 jours plus tard! J'ai dû dormir dans un hôtel pendant 6 jours car ils ne pouvaient pas faire la livraison plus tôt. Le 17 septembre, j'attendais à nouveau les meubles entre 8 heures et 12 heures. À 13h00, j'ai appelé pour confirmer la livraison. À 14h30 toujours pas de meubles, j'ai rappelé et ils ont dit que la livraison avait été retardée mais qu'elle arriverait plus tard dans l'après-midi. A 16h30 toujours pas de mobilier - même réponse du service client. A 18h30 toujours pas de mobilier - même réponse du service client. A 20h00, j'ai de nouveau commandé les meubles et loué une voiture pour aller chercher les meubles moi-même le lendemain. Maintenant, 5 jours plus tard, je n'ai toujours rien entendu concernant la livraison originale, qui a été payée pour le 31 août. C'était très inattendu et le pire service jamais, personne ne m'a jamais contacté, j'ai dû les contacter moi-même plusieurs fois pour obtenir des informations et toujours rien ne s'est passé. Ne comptez jamais sur la livraison IKEA.
