Disastrous welcome, If you buy 1 robot at 800 euros whose engine is burned out after 2 months and you express your dissatisfaction, and request the exchange of the product (as provided by law but which according to the owner is a threat). . we answer you that it is normal that the robot has broken down because it should not be used every day (after 60 times the engine is burnt out, this is normal !!!) and that because containment there is nothing we can do and we hang up on you. it's called "being great traders".
