I'm sick of being fooled despite the negative comments! After 1 year I wanted to cancel my subscription in due form, I even respected my 2 months notice, while the room owed me 2 months of confinement. After several unanswered messages, I am still waiting for my due! It is simply unacceptable to rob people like this! I would be ashamed to run a business like this, I would also be ashamed as an employee to turn a blind eye to these methods for a simple salary. Moral values ​​have indeed vanished!

During confinement, I canceled my subscription for which I had been registered for 3 years. I did everything in the rules with sending in RAR. In August, I receive the return of my registered, undecreased notice by Magic Form within the postal deadlines. They sent my file to a collection agency which harasses me by email, mail, SMS and there recently by phone by being aggressive with me. So disappointed with this club, I have always been a good payer. For that I absolutely recommend not, especially if you plan to terminate, as we are entitled to do in the general conditions of their contract, they do not withdraw the recommended and ask you to pay totally unjustified sums. To flee to avoid trouble !!!!

Frankly, a real shame because they are not professional at all. False advertising, never reminds you when there is a problem, in front, by mail, by phone always tell you yes it will work out with a huge smile ... and this for ages !!! And nothing happens !!! What pipo and blabla !!! Just to keep you close with the monthly debit !!! And the day you decide to leave and they show their teeth by sending you threats (letters, sms, bailiffs) ... obliged to put legal protection in the middle so that they stop !!!! They accumulate so many bad reviews on Facebook that they have chosen to remove the "reviews" section !!! Never again !!!!
