Total incompetence. We were very interested in a property, but they did not have to open the room. They tell us to wait until they can open it when we wanted to make an offer without seeing the inside. So no more news, and when we go back to ask what it was, we were told, word of mouth, that it was sold. What a hypocrite!

Notable incompetence on the part of Mr PERETTI. After having waited more than a month to visit a rental property for which Mr tells us to be a priority since the first to have contacted him and to have sent the complete file, after having finally made the visit (the first to visit also), Mr PERETTI announces to us that the owner has chosen another file whose people do not have notice to give ... or if we had given the notice from the start, we would be on the street today ! So Mr PERETTI, besides the fact that you did not do any follow-up, that you had to be reminded many times to get information, learn the basics of your job: the relationship with your customers. In conclusion: avoid this agency and in particular this agent.

More than a month to visit a rental property with Mr Peretti because supposedly tenant in place unreachable then 15 days of vacation from Mr Peretti or nobody takes over the file. According to Mr Peretti's words, we were given priority because the first ones had to contact for the good and to have provided a file which passed for this good to tell us that finally another file was chosen because he does not have notice but if Mr Peretti had done his job seriously, our notice would have been given over a month ago and we would have already moved in. In summary I do not recommend going through this advisor.

Very bad experience. I call to visit a property quickly because I was actively looking for having sold on my side, and the property corresponding to me perfectly. I am told that the person who takes care of me is on vacation and that I must wait .. the next day I insist not to miss the good and call many times, no answer and no call back despite my many messages. When I manage to have qq after 20 calls on different days, I am told that there is no urgency that the property is not sold and that I could visit it .. When the sales representative returned from vacation she told me that her boss had sold the property. Very surprised especially that I was planning to make an offer at the price .. I go to the house to see the owner who tells me that the agency has not even mentioned another visit .. The simple truth is that the boss wanted to sell the property with his clients so as not to share his communication with one of his sales representatives. Zero in commerce and zero in relation to its teams. I strongly advise against. His commercial on the other hand is at the top I wish him success. ( elsewhere)
