Construction of a new detached house in 7 months. Good support from the 1st day of reception by the sales representative until reception with the works supervisor. By their professionalism, I felt confident. I had several updates of the state of advance of the building site. A good company that I would recommend to those who want to get into new construction.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the relationship we have had with a sales representative from the La Valette agency of Maison France Confort. I want to share with you the experience we have had with them. The message is a bit long, but it is important to recount the behavior and questionable practice of this commercial. No need to identify it, this one will recognize itself very well. It all started in March 2020 when we were interested in a field, the first cordial contact with the salesperson who identified our expectations and needs as best they could. And very quickly this commercial wants us to sign a CCMI on a non-existent lot (the subdivision has not yet received the authorizations from the town hall). As a reminder, it is illegal to have clients sign a CCMI before the promise to sell. Mr. The sales rep takes offense at our refusal to sign and is already showing signs of annoyance and gets carried away with us on the phone. We leave it there by telling him to contact us again if the subdivision project received the authorizations of the town hall. In September 2020, We find another land via the Rocbaron agency via another sales representative from MFC who was friendly and professional with us. Upon learning of this, the first salesperson picked up the file, telling him that we are his clients and that we had to continue with him. No problem for us, when we contact him he gives us an appointment within 3 weeks. Why get us back as a client if he / she wants / can't see us for 3 weeks. During this period of 3 weeks, we find on the Maison France Confort website another field likely to be of interest to us. I therefore make a contact request on the site to find out more about this field. And there, the best arrives, our super sales house France Comfort, calls and speaks in an obnoxious tone to my wife, telling her that he did not appreciate our way of asking for information on another land on the site without him talk about it (to believe that we are married to him!) and that he cancels our meeting for which we had on our side to ask each one a day off. Oh yes, because for this salesperson to communicate information to you, you have to make an appointment and block half a day. If the news or the field does not interest you, well you have blocked a morning for nothing. At a time of the dematerialization of Services, video exchanges by email, etc., this salesperson swears by physical and telephone appointments that are sometimes completely unnecessary and time-consuming, especially at the very beginning of a construction project where customers already know what he wants and what they expect and who absolutely do not need the marketing and sales spiel to which we do not subscribe. My opinion only concerns this commercial, and I do not question the quality of design and construction of France Confort houses since my experience with MFC ended prematurely due to the lack of professionalism, rigidity, and rudeness of one of their sales reps. My message to customers. : I hope you don't run into this commercial. My message to management: I advise you to consider a serious reframing of your salespeople, because here we are clearly very limited in terms of respect and professionalism towards customers.
