I have not taken any action against him, and I regret. I bought a house which he "renovated" Everything is badly done. Plumbing, electricity, insulation, plasterboard, parquet, joinery, Velux ... and I am still discovering ... a lot of recup 'and odds and ends, but no serious work. I strongly advise against !!!

I have just started legal proceedings against this person and his SIEMI company based in prinquiau because they abandoned the site that they started at my home and left with the money. Not to be trusted.
