For a friend, I was looking for white roses in a bouquet. Those in a bucket withered, although still on sale, and some turned yellow. Honestly the quality was not there, elsewhere you can find more beautiful and cheaper flowers. Flowers at Carrefour or Leclerc would have been more acceptable. But I'm used to running the small business. I kindly asked the florist if by chance she did not have another bouquet in reserve. She replied that these roses were very good. So I showed him that not by gently removing the bouquet from the bucket. She tried to show me that the (pronounced) wilting and yellowing was not bothersome. I told him that the other roses they offered (red or orange) were still not in the same condition and that to offer, I was looking for another quality, and that it did not matter. When I was about to leave, the annoyed florist, who had put her withered roses back up for sale, decided that she was going to look for some, saying it would be the same quality. I had fresher white roses, but not exceptional either. I agreed to take them anyway, since she let me choose them. The florist started to relax when I added cabbage (very limited also freshness level) and apple green flowers (very good). The final bouquet was a round bouquet, very or too classic in its realization, without added greens. The protective plastic, pink striped, was taken at random without worrying about the colors of the white and green bouquet. The whole thing was ugly. A desaster. I dared not say anything. Lots of disappointment. I had better follow my instincts and leave when I saw the lack of freshness of the flowers. But I wanted a bouquet of florists, with talent and commercial kindness. I had none of this ... and it was not the schedule offered at the end that made me change my mind.
