very disappointed I was until now a good customer with them. they charge for a duration that is never respected over 15 minutes they barely keep me 10 minutes. I am often late. And the day I am wrong in the schedules I am offered nothing at all. I admit that I am wrong, but hey, a solution could have been found. And ba I risk more to set foot at Yves Rocher now I would go elsewhere.
