I went there today for a removal of resin false nails, I left with a bloody finger after my skin was filed, and then the resin is not completely removed, 12 euros for having to make up for it at home, shoddy work, apparently annoyed staff ... Unacceptable, not to mention the lack of civility and politeness. When you hurt people forgiveness and asking if it's okay is the least of things. So there ... never again.

Today I had an appointment for a normal nail polish application, they took 1h and 40 min. This is unacceptable. In addition, no social distancing !!!!!! Not clean! Very rude and disrespectful of customers. Too disappointed and I will never go again.
