Too bad the taking of the vehicle went well on the other hand the return of the vehicle the staff has no respect for the customer. Someone from the agency calls you the day before to find out if you intend to return the vehicle as planned and makes an appointment for the next day, except that the next day at the agreed time Agency closed reopening in 45 minutes. The staff has no respect for the CUSTOMER let wait 1 hour in front of the door. A simple phone call to advise of the delay in advance would have avoided additional taxi costs more than if I had returned the car with 1/2 day later invoicing additional rental costs.
