First visit to Euromaster after a puncture and I am very satisfied with the service. An excellent welcome, a smiling and very welcoming team. The work was done very quickly despite a busy schedule and time, which allowed us to get back on the road in record time (a plus for an emergency vehicle). It changes the auto centers where you have to wait for hours for a deplorable service. Well done to the team 😉

Some seriousness. However, I would have preferred correct tightening of the valve caps to checking the hot oil level on a just running engine. I wanted to check the Tire Pressure 2 weeks after changing the right front tire which had a hernia. The valve cap was already lost, and with it 0.5 bars of pressure in 2 weeks by the valve

Very nice home. Despite the very busy schedule, they still managed to find the time to help me out on a Saturday APM for a puncture, when it was the first time I went to them. Which allowed me to go to work on Monday morning. Thanks again.

In fact, under a fairly nice and friendly approach, the receptionist is a salesperson who is there to sell new tires. Repairs does not interest him. On several occasions he made me the blow of "the tire is irreparable, patati patata etc" and each time with the confidence I plunged by accepting the replacements for new. Except that today the tire is re-shining 145 € ... so enough is enough. I recovered my tire, I went to a competitor who certified me that my tire was in excellent condition and he fixed it for me. So I will no longer set foot at Euromaster Mantes
