Monceau Fleurs

I called this florist late on a Sunday and she was very kind and helpful! Most florists were closed already and this lady was willing to run and deliver flowers today for my Great Aunt's 94th birthday. She was able to deliver for a a minimal fee of 7Euros and be honest as to what price a nice bouquet would be as calling from the US, I had no idea what kind of bouquet to ask for. I have added their number to my contacts and will for sure be ordering more flowers in the future!! Merci!!! ~Grateful in Colorado

I am a loyal customer of Monceau fleurs Mantes la jolie. I go there automatically for my occasions to celebrate with flowers. Wide choice of cut flowers and composites, bouquets and green plants. The prices are a bit high in my opinion. I am disappointed by the reception which is sometimes quite cold and dry. Little information and advice. Pity !

A star for the flowers and zero for the aggressive manager, a little round brunette with glasses. When you don't have a sense of service and hospitality, you don't have to work in the business. Change serious job.

Honestly, I have never heard a florist answer like this. My girlfriend asks for information and we answer her: "Your event is too far to answer you." My girlfriend gently insists, explaining that she just wants an estimate, nothing more. We answer him again: "we can do nothing for you have a nice day". It is shameful to answer that to a client.
