Very disappointed with the delivery of the florist, sent by interflora for my birthday a bouquet of flowers, the manager without warning of his passage delivers the bouquet, not being at my home calls me on my cell phone (she was back in her vehicle at his shop) asking me to spend tomorrow or after tomorrow. I'm traveling on Fridays at Limay the bouquet was on the floor in a corner of the shop not in a chilled place ...... The flowers not fresh ...... Conclusions: the bouquet not the day of my birthday nice for the person who offers flowers !!!!! I move myself while the florist is franchisė with Interflora, bouquet not top and not chilled. I am extremely disappointed and strongly discourages remote delivery
