I came across an employee of rudeness that I have never seen. So I present him my prescription taken care of 100% renewed every 6 months. He tells me that my prescription is over, I tell him not because it is well marked on the prescription that I took only 5 times my medications and that it is the last time. Mr balance me my order and me out of the remarks in Arabs (khanass as salam aleykoum). I kept mouthing and I did not say anything. But when he heard that I repeated his remarks to the person with whom I was on the phone, Mr did not appreciate and refused to give me my treatment when I was not well. And I told him that he was aware of the way he spoke to me. He got angry, leaving behind his counter and my dark top by putting his pharmacist's badge on his face (he said, "You did not see that, look at that, that's what it is"), he then told me he has a BAC plus 8, limit I understood that in front of him I was only a big shit. And I got angry, his colleague had to take back my order, the one served with courtesy, i got my treatment and in the end i asked to see her manager. I return the next day, I see his manager, I explain the facts and Mr was saying that I lied while his colleague was a witness and even went back to his manager. He was again praising me by giving me the name of his diplomas, I answer him but what is the report? I just ask for RESPECT, that I am a patient and that I do not come to beg for medicine. I'm not here to talk to me like a dog. So her manager apologized to me and told me that she was going to blame him. I add to all this that this Mr has nothing to do in this business and he conveyed a very bad image of their pharmacy. Limit if I did not go to the police station for verbal abuse.
