Unacceptable !! We broke our semi-exclusivity contract at the end of 2016 because we lost confidence in the real estate agent who was not honest with us (hijacked the words of a potential buyer). We removed our house from the sale all winter to put it back in the spring and we contend that they left the announcement during these 6 months without our agreement !! I guess it used to bait them ... It's dishonest and it may hinder our sales project now!
So, a tip: run away !! If you are a buyer, the goods you see might not be on sale at all! And if you are a seller, distrust!
