Unfortunately, very bad dealings for us with this company. Intolerable behavior on the part of the Rental service, going so far as to call you directly to let off steam on you and insult you because not accepting a more than legitimate remark that I made to them regarding the quality of their service. Indeed, very interested in an apartment that this company offers for rent in Mantes la Jolie, I tried 5 times (3 times by phone, 2 times by internet) to ask them to visit it. All internet requests being unsuccessful, only the telephone seemed to be a working channel. With each call I was simply told that I had to wait to be contacted again, the service being requested. After 2 weeks of hanging around, I called for the third time, always courteously. I am informed this time that there is a condition for the apartment visit, that it is necessary to transmit an important list of documents (in our case 42 documents, with those of our guarantors). We have therefore just lost 14 days, I politely point it out to my interlocutor in charge of appeals, then I take note of the procedure and inform our guarantors. The latter, legitimately reluctant to distribute a number of documents that they deem sensitive to any agency which initially imposes this procedure on any visit, this time I contacted LAFORET by email (see my email in PJ). I point out to them the course followed, reiterate our strong motivation, then I inform them of the reluctance of our guarantors, which means that we then find ourselves blocked. I ask for their help by agreeing to show us around the apartment before having to provide any personal and sensitive documents. To my great surprise, this time we will be contacted again just 2 hours later by another employee, thinking that the agency has just been reactive and understanding about our request, it will be quite the opposite. First, we will have no excuse for the 14 J that this agency has made us lose at the risk of the apartment being rented to other people. Secondly, this collaborator will go even further, he had from the beginning of the conversation an annoyed tone announcing a belligerent behavior, he first of all refused our request by brushing it aside with the back of his hand, s' I followed a monopolization of the conversation on his part never ceasing to cut you off to vent on you it seems his accumulated frustration as to the fact that he received "100 emails a day like ours", allowing himself to pay your head by developing mocking images to attack these hundreds of requests for visit without a file, continuing to seek to impose his point of view without letting you defend yourself, repeat that you are a "demanding" person and as a bonus, not having any embarrassment in insulting you by treating you as a liar arguing that the said procedure as to the documents to be provided, would have been sent to you on each call, which is false. This is what we were entitled to when we had made a simple legitimate remark, had above all explained that we were blocked because of their procedure and simply asked for their understanding and their help. The only 5 minutes necessary to make a brief oral study of the file, were unfortunately taken by this man only to empty his bag. In view of the good average of the notes that I found on google about this agency, I regret it, but ours, relating to the rental service in any case, can only be very bad. In addition to the 14 days lost, we suffered this unfortunate event on Monday, it is Friday, we have been waiting all week for an apology call from this person, not having received it, so I submit this comment.
