What a horror, the man at the reception yelled at me on the phone. No sense of service, a depressive agency? Something must be done, it's scary!

I share with you my short but very bad experience with this agency. After signing the lease for a furnished apartment which was supposed to be NEW (confirmed by the agency and the owners), I find myself by surprise with furniture, therefore mattresses and sofa, used and dirty! SURPRISE! And that's not all. 2 months after signing my lease I learn that I have to vacate the premises because the owner has to get the apartment back for her daughter! I bought new furniture, incurred expenses for staying 2 months in the apartment. And to close everything, the deposit was returned 100% to my ex-spouse instead of 50% each, which had been agreed at the signing of the lease. A word of advice: flee this agency or be on your guard against the incompetence of Mantes La Jolie employees!
