Very pleasant welcome, very spacious apartment, extremely clean, smelling good on arrival, quiet residence, private parking, decent breakfast (hot drinks, unlimited juice, bread, pastries, dairy products) to be taken between 8 and 10 am with a table reserved for our arrival .. In short, I do not understand the negative opinions because, to travel very regularly and frequent hotels in this category very often, it is excellent value for money !! 102 € for an apartment for 4 people (with 2 bedrooms, bathrobes included for everyone), in a recent residence, clean and secure for one night with breakfasts included, I challenge anyone to find better !!

Excellent compliance with health rules related to Covid-19. Our seniors appreciate the good atmosphere and the caring staff.

I am really disappointed with this residence, I am asked to pay for all the furniture 4 chairs in the dining room and the table and an armchair, 789 euros because of some stains
