I called around 11:40 to ask for information on the housing tax and the person I had on the phone was disrespectful bordering on insulting by saying to me "you call us for that? No but have a nice day ..." and she me hangs up when I have more questions. This person should be reported, it's not possible to keep staff like that it's shameful! I called back to get his name and make a proper complaint. People are getting more and more aggressive!

Never answer the phone! Once there it is impossible to be able to return home because by appointment !! something that is not notified anywhere !!!
