Ordered over the internet, I managed to reach them once. Supposedly the parcel arrived at the broken parcel relay. Had to email me with the tracking number. Since no news and unreachable.

To flee! It takes them over 3 weeks to ship the products! Do not answer emails or the phone, I had requested an order cancellation and a refund they still sent me the product that I finally ordered elsewhere. Now I ask for a return and it's the same problem they don't respond! Site not serious at all, does not even respect its own general conditions !! It is shameful to treat customers like that! Go your way to this site.

Probably a scam; order placed 20 days ago, no news, no response to emails, no one answers the phone. Above all, do not order online!
