the reception no problem, 8/10, but to know when it is a question of paying, despite you being up to date with your deadlines Assur 2000 harasses you with phony sms, eg: my withdrawals are every 27th of the month , well on the 20th they send you an SMS to tell you to pay and when the date of the debit arrives they invoice me each time 16eur, and this has been going on for a while. last April the government said that all car insurance companies should make a gesture of business to their subscribers, and well Assur 2000 did not !!!!!!!!!! so 3 weeks ago I asked my representative to send me an information statement by email, he told me that he sent it to me, but that I have never seen the color, I go to the agency, he there is nobody . now I have decided to withdraw from this "greedy insurance" and simply go to a competitor, and the competitor gives me 200eur less on my contract. . best regards Assur 2000.
