I put down my phone to change the screen on Saturday October 14, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. The manager fills out all the papers and has them signed for me. The repair should take between one and two hours maximum. I give her my wife's phone number to contact me when the repair is complete. I go home and my wife informs me that this same person called to say that he could not do the repair because I had not paid in advance! I phone the shop, no one picks up. I go back to the shop and I arrive there at 4:00 p.m. The curtain is drawn, no word on the curtain and no way to contact this person. For the record there was an animation in the gallery and as it made noise he decided to leave. All the other shops in the center, especially those located closer to this event, were all open ... I came back at 5:00 p.m. in case it reopened, I waited until 6:00 p.m. and I realized that there would be no reopening of the store this Saturday although the opening hours displayed indicated closing at 8:00 p.m. Needing my phone for a trip in the middle of the following week, I have no choice but to come back to the opening on Monday at 10:00 am. His colleague who is in store that day is blocked in front of the curtain because he has only one key out of the two necessary. In the end I got my phone back on Tuesday evening. Incidentally the repair poses problem because since the sound is inaudible via the earpiece and I am obliged to pass in loudspeaker to be able to listen to my correspondent. According to this person I am responsible for the fact that he did not make me pay in advance, it is not his problem if I spent my Saturday afternoon going back and forth to try to recover my property and of course he doesn't care that I live relatively far from the store. Rarely seen such a bad time, and also little professional conscience. As for the concept of customer service, say that it is not part of the vocabulary of this brand.
