The real estate agent did not appear to be interested in the sale. The compromise was signed at the end of January 2020. The notary only received the file on June 8, 2020 !!! Or more than 4 months later! During the signing, the real estate agent was not present at the notary !! The key collection could not therefore be done!

Lack of honesty and professionalism. The real estate agent lied to us about the amount of charges. He announced 100 euros per month while the actual amount is 300 euros. We realized this the day of the signing ....
