I went there to make a return for an Amazon item, and frankly everything went really well the staff are very helpful and I also loved the location of the store especially on the ease of parking.

Large furniture store in Le Plessis-Gassot, easy to access and well organized. We don't spend 3 hours there, it's tidy and clean. The staff are helpful and available. This is why I appreciate the store, for its welcome, its choice of products and its not boring prices!

I came to retrieve a package, the person I had very unpleasant looking for my package, with notes on his notebook without a machine. I speak to him, he doesn't even speak to me. Incredible rudeness. In the end after 15 min he uses his machine to trace and finds my package. I never post comments but frankly the parcel service is really to be desired as well as the staff really not friendly
