Very disappointed. Two of the hairdressers looked friendly but I think it was the owner who cut my hair. She did not listen to me and what I wanted, I asked for 2 inches off the ends and showed her a picture of the fringe and sides that I wanted. I had to stop her from cutting more than 6 inches off my hair twice and remind her to cut my fringe and shape the sides twice also. She then told me that she couldn't cut my hair like the picture because it was too harsh. It wasn't, I've had my hair cut like this before. I don't like the cut she did, it doesn't suit me. She should never have washed and started to cut my hair if she wasn't going to cut it how I asked. She did not care about me and whether I was happy or not. She did not introduce herself to me and she did not ask my name. Not welcoming, very cold, not smiling, talking to the other hairdressers customers but not her own, negligent towards her customers, just in it for the money. I won't go back there again.

I did a root color at biobela which did not cover anything I paid dearly for a mediocre result, they refuse to take care of me for correction and in addition they refuse to reimburse. The boss asks that I go to Châtelet so that she can see the hair. Foutage de la face and zero professionalism

Very disappointed, coarse locks, not uniform. The hairdresser gave me a patina because she saw that it was ugly and in the end, base cleared up !! So I end up with 2 tones, great when the hair will grow, roots assured !! I will not come back
