More parcel relay than bookstore (it's a shame that bookstores disappear). Lovely smiling and helpful staff. I do not put 5 stars because the schedules are sometimes a little random.

Very well. Welcome, fast. No longer does a bookstore apparently that's just as good, because now the manager only deals with Relay parcels.

Anti professional. Total disrespect towards customers for the relay. Every time we move there it is closed despite the google timetables. We call, on opening hours, it does not answer. Not able to update such a simple trick that would avoid so many negative comments. This bookstore literally takes our packages hostage. We only have 15 days to recover them but between the schedules that prevent people who work from coming and the fact that they do not even respect these ridiculous schedules ... After that will complain when it goes bankrupt :) ... When you choose to be a relay, you do it correctly, especially when you are on the plateau and you have to hit a hill to come on foot. Looks like a high level troll at this point.

On two occasions I chose this relay to receive parcels, and for the two times I passed, the bookstore was not open. Customers are still waiting at the entrance complaining about this recurring problem. He should change the Google hours of his bookstore because it is wrong.

Not very friendly on the phone .. refuses to tell us whether or not our package has arrived at their place to avoid unnecessary travel .. Unfortunately I do not recommend your opinions say a lot!
