I have lived in Chelles for over 15 years and the manager is still as rude, as for his 3rd year interns (Just like the owner!) Only the seller is polite and pleasant. I advise you to drop off, pick up your packages elsewhere (the bulldogs in the same street but it is a Mondial Relay) as well as pick up your newspaper elsewhere. For books I recommend the bookstore Let's turn the pages about 200 meters away (more choice and more pleasant!)
