Since October 7, the landlord in charge of my building has mandated this company to repair a leak in my apartment causing major water damage. On November 4th they made a report which should have triggered the replacement of the cold water pipes but it is a month later and no one showed up despite my calls and emails. Mold is invading the apartment and the walls are softening and the convectors come loose causing an electrical risk and collapse and no one reacts as I live with a toddler entitled not to wake up with his feet in the room. Not professionals. Staff do not honor appointments and do not apologize: either they do not come at all without warning or they are more than an hour late in relation to the wide time slot fixed without warning either. They do not honor the announced order deadlines for spare parts. We take several half days of leave to wait for nothing. No reactivity: it takes months and months or even more than a year for a repair. The quality of the work is poor since they have to be asked to come back several times for the same problem which in fact was not solved. The staff leave the site dirty: they don't clean up before leaving. The staff come without the necessary equipment and have no room available. Failure to comply with covid-19 protection measures. ERI wins several public contracts from social landlords because of its very low prices, with social landlords putting price as a major criterion. But very low price does not mean quality, the proof. The monitoring of contract performance by donors is insufficient or even non-existent, hence ERI takes advantage of this failure. The tenants of social landlords are poorly regarded.
