Agency to FLEE! I went there to get insurance and I had a few claims in 3 years but never responsible. The counselor wasted my time on NOTHING. At the start she told me that it shouldn't be a problem and then offered me the different quotes. Except that then she puts on her helmet to hear her superiors tell her that finally no! Should know! They probably said I was a customer at risk while in almost 20 years driving I still have my 12 points and that once again I have NEVER had any fault accident! If she had told me that in the first minutes of the exchange, I would have accepted it, but I would have to be patient in almost an hour between waiting and the time spent with her, and then shipping in 30 seconds. 've found that there was a great lack of professionalism (especially that she was miserably wrong on the amount of the estimate). Anyway, I finally went to the competition 150 meters away and strangely they accepted me without any difficulty and with very good guarantees. Apparently they don't all have the same sensitivity.
