I contacted this agency because the one in Chelles never answered the phone. Conclusion, first pleasant contact then after a proposal more response to my emails when I specify that the quotes do not take into account current advertising. Very disappointing. Thank you for your reply. It may indeed be that there are 11 and then there are 5 contracts to set up. Or a first offer at full price then another at the modified price and with the requested documents. Does this justify not answering emails without explanation? Wouldn't it have been wise to specify that the delivery was made on a signed contract? I don't think I have been an unpleasant or demanding customer, but I do think that you eat follow-up on your files and therefore your emails.
