The door appears to be well made, the installation and finishes are neat. This establishment would have deserved a fifth star if the secretary had not used inadmissible arguments and inappropriate words to justify a delay in delivery. By rejecting the responsibility of a setback on a supplier, this employee shows that she has only a vague notion of the Consumer Code: As soon as an estimate is signed by both parties, it takes on the value of a contract. As such, he firmly commits the professional in a very precise manner concerning the scope of the work and in particular the planned deadlines. This is unfortunate as the manager is accommodating and cares about customer satisfaction.
