A real scam. I was charged 90 € for me to open my mailbox in less than 30 seconds, which is amazing as a rate. This amount normally included an invoice that I had to send to Colissimo for the reimbursement of locksmith fees (because they are the ones who blocked my BAL): after several months and multiple reminders I never received my bill. To flee !
