Installation company which practices attractive prices but the sales department is not very attentive. After an error on their part on the estimate, I was offered to pay to obtain the product initially expected. To avoid.
No worries with this Company, Mr THIBAUDAT has always been efficient and quick in the after-sales service. Upon receipt of the work (and we made them work several times), the work was in accordance with our request.
I modify my opinion, always 1 star however! Let me explain, an advisor asks us to take stock following our work carried out in 2010, because we were not happy, and the person says he is taking over the company with the director Bruno. She explains to us that many employees have left and that they are picking up unhappy customers. We tell him for 1 hour of the concerns about our door, our windows ... he takes note and tells us that we will be contacted for free adjustments ... it's been more than 3 months and NOTHING !! Still time wasted !!!
