But even if I could have picked it up the week suggested by the pharmacy, the product will already expire too quickly in 4 months. Selling it with this expiration date is not at all correct to the customer. The ticket where the promised is noted is any kind of paper and you can easily throw it away without realizing its importance. (I had the ticket) On this ticket nowhere is written that you must look for the promised within 2 months max. In the pharmacy nothing is written on this subject as an advertisement either. But what annoys me is that if the error or the constraint like for example: the pharmacy does not have the product, the customer must be understanding and accept the solutions which suit the pharmacy, but not the customer. Another example is the cult excuse "the manager is not here come back on Monday". So how do you deal with problems on a Saturday when the pharmacy is open? There must be a manager available in my opinion. Monday everyone works a client does not necessarily have time to come back.
